WHEN?
Once a week, before your everyday shampoo.

HOW?
Apply on dry hair, prior to shampoo. Massage into lengths and ends. 
Leave on for 10 minutes or more depending on the hair's level of porosity. 
Rinse thoroughly and proceed with shampooing.

Has been my favorite for years

I have very dry, wavy hair and for years this has been the only product that seems to help. Whenever I don't use it for a few months, my hair becomes less shiny and visibly dries out. In contrast, hair dressers have been complimenting me on my extremely healthy hair whenever I use the Phytoelixir oil frequently. I can imagine, that it makes hair oily, when used on anything but extremely dry hair - but for me it's perfect.
